How to Make Banana Bread
No demand for a mixer for this recipe! Make clean-up is easy as well, if you want, you can mix everything in 1 mixing basin.
The best bananas to use for assistant bread are those that are over-ripe. The yellow peels should be at least one-half browned, and the bananas inside squishy and browning.
We recommend an eight x 4-inch pan for this recipe. It tin can as well be made in a 9 x 5-inch pan, only the loaves will have less rise.
Notation: We have reduced the amount of baking soda in this recipe from one teaspoon to 1/two teaspoon.
